:wave:Hi! I'm Caryn from Texas. I joined LCS before it shut down but can't remember posting much. I'm excited because I'm expecting my first grandson in July, and I would like to lose at least forty pounds by then. Tomorrow will be my first day of induction. (I want my grandson to call me Nana and not "Big Momma") I just want to be healthy so I can be here to harass them for a long time.

Hello Diane thanks for the welcome. Hey Nell! I didn't think to check this thread anymore because I thought it was a dead one by now.

I haven't posted anything lately because I sort of chickened out. I have been reading my doctor Atkins book again this evening and have decided to do it. I am going to the grocery store in the morning.
